Our Stories

Chick-fil-A has provided opportunities for so many across the country, including those on our team. The Chick-fil-A Influence Leadership Program is an extension of Chick-fil-A’s core leadership values. Our goal is to allow young aspiring leaders to grow their careers in the Annapolis, MD area. We hope that our stories and experience with Chick-fil-A can inspire you to consider a future with our team.

I was a raving fan of Chick-fil-A long before pursuing a Chick-fil-A career. The choice of becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator in 1997 was one of the very best decisions of my life. I had found a company with values that aligned with mine, and a purpose that resonated deep within me. Both the Chick-fil-A brand, our local businesses, and my personal & business acumen have grown significantly over these many years.

We currently operate two restaurants. The development of leadership in this the organization has been the most satisfying components of this work, and the key to achieving our results. One of the greatest accomplishments of our organization is that we have been successful in developing a culture that is wholesome, draws great people to join our team, and brings fulfillment in work.

I love Chick-fil-A because of the opportunity it has provided for us to serve our community with great food, provide employment to thousands of people over the years, and give tremendous opportunities for growth and development for many of our great team members.

I have been the Executive Director at Chick-fil-A Waugh Chapel and Chick-fil-A Crofton since August 2020. I formerly served at Chick-fil-A Crofton in a number of different roles, including Director of Operations. Prior to Chick-fil-A, I worked in the restaurant industry for 14 years including serving as a General Manager for 6. I attended Shepherd University and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Communication Studies.

When I am not at the restaurants, I enjoy spending time with my husband Michael and two children; Addilyn and Rowan. Playing with the girls and watching them grow is something I am very passionate about. When at work, coaching and guiding the team to reach their greatest potential inside and outside of work brings me joy. I look forward to continuing to serve at Chick-fil-A and plans to pursue becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator.
