WHAT TO EXPECT

The Chick-fil-A Influence is a 24-month, three step, rotational program designed specifically to jumpstart your career into a leadership role. Through the learn, lead, influence model you will be coached and guided into the next chapter of your career.  

Program Overview

In this program expect to be part of a fast-paced, high pressure environment that offers a life-changing opportunity. The Chick-fil-A leadership program will allow you to work directly with a successful multi-unit operator who has developed current Chick-fil-A Operators. You will be entrusted to directly impact a multi-million dollar business while implementing your own vision. Through this program, you will gain a network of very successful leaders, the opportunity to travel, and an endless amount of leadership resources.

Learn

Months 1-6, The candidate will be put on an accelerated track of learning all restaurant operations including front and back of house to build a solid foundation. Through this time, the candidate will undergo one-on-one coaching session to discover and develop their own leadership philosophy that they will carry throughout the program. 

Lead

Months 7-12, Using a variety of methods, participants’ main goal will be to experience leading other people in both one-on-one and small group settings. These methods include direct coaching sessions, constructive criticism through feedback, guiding huddles, scheduling meetings, overseeing training, and developing people.

Influence

Months 13-24, Participants will be prepared for and experience leading an organization in a multitude of ways. These include developing goals centered on key business metrics, creating effective business systems, and continuing to establish growth in the business.
