The Chick-fil-A Influence Leadership Program is a 2-year program targeted at recent college graduates who are focused on developing a career in organizational leadership. The goal of this program is to develop passionate graduates and help jumpstart their career as a Chick-fil-A Operator, corporate staff member, or as a leader within any organization.

In this program, you can expect to be a part of a positive environment that offers a life-changing opportunity. Chick-fil-A Influence will allow you to work directly with a successful multi-unit operator who has developed successful Operators with the skills necessary to effectively run a Chick-fil-A restaurant. You will be entrusted to directly impact a multi-million dollar business. Through this program you will connect with successful leaders, obtain tangible leadership skills, have the opportunity to travel, and learn from an endless amount of leadership resources.
